OPEN ENROLLMENT 2025-2026

We are pleased to announce that the ICOE Benefit Open Enrollment period will begin on August 25, 2025, and continue through September 5, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to review your current healthcare coverage and make the necessary changes to your benefit elections for the upcoming plan year. Any enrollment changes must be submitted by September 5, 2025, and will become effective on October 1, 2025.

**If you do not have any changes, your current elections will rollover to the new plan year.

** If you are adding a new dependent, you must provide proof of dependent eligibility with your enrollment forms. Proof of dependent eligibility includes birth certificates and/or marriage license.
