The Imperial County Spelling Bee is an affiliate of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Schools register and host school bees and the top two performers from each school site will move on to the County bee.
- The top performers at participating schools will compete on one stage
- The champion of the County Bee will represent the Imperial County competing at Washington DC
