Technical support needs come in all shapes and sizes.  On this page you'll find a list of technical services we provide, complete with links and summaries.  Follow the links to find information tailored to your specific service needs, as well as contact information for the individual/s best equipped to consult with you.

Services

  • Computer Training
    Because we understand the value of technology is only realized when users know how to use it, our department strives to provide high quality educational opportunities to schools and businesses and to our local community. After undertaking a refresh of the Labs we are once again offering computer classes. The classes will cover Business Applications like Microsoft Office 2007 and Windows 7 and have a cost of $20.00 per class.
  • E-rate
    E-rate discounts have become an important component to build the technology infrastructure that enhances the education experience to our students. ICOE has instrumented E-rate discounts in the strategic planning of the organization which has helped promote a vision for student learning and a rationale for creating and continuing to build networked learning environments.
     
  • ICSIS Development
    ICSIS Development is closely integrated with ICOE's Business Division and provides support for business specific
    software and applications.
     
  • Network Services
    Network services manages the maintenance and operation of network infrastructure connecting ICOE and local school districts. It provides support on network related issues, and guidance on properly managing network resources.
     
  • School Staff Directory
    ICOE manages a county-wide School Staff directory that allows local schools and districts to maintain a list of employees that is available from the internet.
     
  • Technical Support Services
    Technology Division has trained technicians available to assist ICOE and local districts with all manner of IT issues- software, hardware and more.
     
  • Videoconferencing and K20Video
    The Technology Services Division operates a robust videoconferencing system, K20Video. This system breaks down the walls of geographic isolation, which is often times a barrier to meeting objectives, and opens the doors to a world of possibilities.
     
  • Web Development
    The Web Development team is responsible for designing, creating, managing and supporting all ICOE related websites, including but not limited to icoe.org, calaxy.org, k12hsn.org, and mytechdesk.org.
