Welcome to the Technology Services Division at ICOE

Technology is an integral part of society today. We strongly believe that providing exemplary support and leadership in technology to schools, districts, and the community is critical to student success. Our division is committed to providing the highest level of service possible. We are fortunate to have a great team of hard working and very talented individuals that work together to fulfill our mission.

The four departments in the Division are: Technical Operations, Network Services, Educational Technology, and Application Development. The departments work together to provide direct support to the community and the state of California in the following areas:

• Technical Support Services

• Enterprise Systems (Servers, Storage, Back-office services)

• Network Management Services

• Educational Technology Support

• Videoconferencing Services

• Technology Training

• Development of Web Applications

• Deployment of Content and Tools to improve access to instructional supports

• Development of Financial and HR Applications specific to Education

Our team is responsible for the management and operation of important initiatives such as the Imperial Valley Telecommunications Authority (IVTA) and the California K-12 High Speed Network program (K12HSN).
