Overview
Beginning Teacher Support & Assessment (BTSA) is a program co-sponsored by California Department of Education (CDE) developed to support the professional development of newly-credentialed, beginning teachers that will fulfill the necessary requirements for the California Clear Multiple and Single Subject credentials.
