Overview

ICOE's Grants and Evaluation Office provides research and data analysis services to develop tools to drive an informed decision making process, strengthen grant applications, and solidify evaluation projects. GEO is able to perform independent objective analysis of program data and information as an external agency. Contact us for fees and other contract information.
  

Available Services

• Work with your staff to assess your current needs and tailor a plan to strengthen your research, data analysis, and data presentation skills.
• Develop a plan (utilizing your staff’s input) to disaggregate, analyze and present assessment data. Assist in identifying potential data sources, compiling and analyzing existing data to meet current and future demand.
• Guide you through the steps to perform a data driven needs assessment process.
• Coach your staff on how to obtain powerful qualitative data through observations, surveys, focus groups, and formal and informal interviews.
