The Learning Technologies Department maintains and operates a full-service broadcast television station. Our programming is carried on ICEN, Channel 19 on Adelphia cable and reaches thousands of homes throughout Imperial Valley. 

Featuring programming from Annenberg CPB http://www.learner.org/index.html, ICEN offers subjects covering K-12 and also issues that can affect the Education process.
