On November 13th ICOE participated in a statewide earthquake disaster drill known as the Golden Guardian – Great Southern California ShakeOut. The scenario was that a potential magnitude 7.8 earthquake occurred on the San Andreas Fault and the epicenter was Bombay Beach. The pictures show ICOE staff during the drill.
